Privacy Policy
AIHolu is designed to let you use artificial-intelligence models on your own devices and local network.
Information handled by AIHolu
Chat messages, attached files, and attached photos are stored locally on your iPhone as part of chat history. Chat-history files use iOS file protection and are excluded from device backups. You can delete all chat history from the app’s Privacy settings.
Ollama mode
Your prompts and attachments are sent directly to the Ollama server address you configure. The operator of that server controls how it handles this information. AIHolu does not proxy these requests through an AIHolu server.
iPhone AI mode
Text prompts are processed using Apple’s on-device foundation-model framework. Image analysis is not currently supported in this mode.
Voice, camera, photos, and files
When you use voice dictation, audio is handled by Apple Speech Recognition. Depending on your device, language, and Apple’s service availability, recognition may use Apple’s servers. Camera and photo-library access is used only when you choose to attach an image. File access is used only for a document you select.
Tracking, advertising, and analytics
AIHolu does not contain advertising SDKs, track you across apps or websites, or currently include third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. Apple may provide aggregated diagnostics to the developer according to your iOS privacy settings.
Data retention
Local chat history remains until you delete it in the app or remove the app. Data sent to a user-configured Ollama server is governed by that server’s configuration. Web-app chats and preferences remain in that browser until its site data is cleared.
Children
AIHolu is not specifically directed to children under 13.
